Monday bluez

Yes even students have monday blues. Especially when the 1st day of u school starts with a 3hr lecture by a monotone teacher and the notes is fill with words words and more words. Which is why i overslept today. Which also lead to a 2days MC(hurray!!!). Which also means that i dun have to attend tomorrows boring lecture in the morning!!!

Anyway im still attending the remaining class tomorrow since theres pastry class and practical. Planned my dishes during the spare time today.Stew chicken drumstick n thigh. Gonna cook my chix breast with white wine soak in rosemary.As for the lamb i'll either roast it or grill it. serve it with mint sauce.

Lets hope this works. The last recipe from internet abt salmon was a disaster...
