wok...
Exams finally over... dun think i did well for this subject >_<. really wish i can pass this...
Currently at petals, im position as a frier. Which means i do a lot of frying. Not the typical deep frying... stir frying with woks included. Trying very hard to master tossing in the wok with big fire. Made some charred rice today... Really need to master this wok frying, afterall if i dunno how to use a wok how can i be a chef ...
Really trying hard to toss. After tat should be a breeze.
