Disruption....

Went school to apply for disruption for my ICT next yr. Wanted to call but the stupid line cant get thru, keep going into voice mail wasting my hp money....

Went swimming(soaking in water) with frens. Stayed in the pool for almost 2hrs. Hands all wrinkled up like some old man -_-||. Went for dinner and headed home. Do nothing also can be tiring.....

Sentosa...!!!

Went sentosa today!! havnt been here 4 quite a long time. Unfortunately no ppl brought sun blk so now im roasted -_-||. The weathers great sunny yet not hot. Played frizbee and volley ball. Lay on the beach, enjoy the waves. Rain came only when we were packing up. Explored a while on sentosa b4 leaving.

Had pepper lunch at taka after tat. Smells n taste good, price is a bit ex -_-||. Watch my frens playing pool and headed home. Need to shower with lots of dove later, dun wanna get burns...

JB...!!!

Went JB. Shopped a lil. Bought a nice blue t-shirt. Did some market survey on some products, comparing which is cheaper, sg/msia... Ate a lot seafood -_-|| sinful but satisfying!! Now gotta rest...

School lasted till 10+pm today. Had a special event at SAFTI where those stupid OCS cadets graduate and cater from shatec... Army always so cheapskate.

Had a lot spare time since all the preparations were done since the starting of this week till today. Just had to plate the stuff and all ready to serve. Went shopping at the emart there bought 2 singlets. Weird they have to classify army, airforce and navy. I can only buy airforce thingy since im from airforce...stupid policy.

Event started and ended very quickly. Gone home had a nice rest and update blog.

Not much school this sem due to my EC. Went Lot1 kbox and wasnt really happy abt tat place. Outside looks new inside sux. The sofa are so worn out... 1 stretch of sofa 1 stretch of holes and sponge sticking out... As if tat wasnt lousy enough the service was horrible. Ordered drinks waited almost an hour for it... as i ordered mine separately from my frens i had to wait even longer... Went to ask abt my drink, the drink wasnt keyed into the com and the lady was the 1 tat i place my order...

Morale of the story nvr go lot1 kbox again...

Cut.....

Went for a haircut today. A good cut. A satisfying cut. A $20 cut tats worth it.

Met up project mate 4 discussion at Carls Jr. Seems like the cost of our project a bit high. And yes need cost cutting.... already way over budget.

Carls Jr wasnt as good as it is(maybe my expectation too high). Ordered Chili burger(not actual name), tasted a but bitter -_-|| might be due to the onion and mustard. Think my sour gland is spoil.... Good thing abt this place is the free flow of drinks even have coffee. Theres even individual pepper and salt thingy on every table. The "tissue papers" were also available on every table, unlike some other fast food restaurant only give 1 to each customer.... Jalan a bit and headed home.

Latest update for U ppl reading and interested in my EC. The price has been uped to $27 -_-|| appologies for the increment....but should be worth it, since food cost is high (^-^)

Chefs....

Went school to do prep for the friday event at safti. Just so happen tat the exec chefs from most of the marriot hotels ard the world are holding a workshop at our school. Got a great chance to c how they plate and cook their things. Diff country has diff styles and they gather to c how diff chefs can come out with diff styles. Comments made were very useful, glad tat im at school today.

.. totally useful word to describe an incompetent floor manager. Definitely useless and brainless she is. Bitch bitch bitch. Would have lost my job scold her silly and disgrace her in front of the customer, if my tongue wasnt cozing so much pain.

My tongue hurts... The ulcer on it is so big. Gonna rub salt on it to ease the pain with pain... 以毒攻毒. hopefully all the ulcers in my mouth will heal soon. Have to rush toilet bcoz of them. Making me thirsty all so often. Drank too much and toilet here i come...

So much things to eat but i cant eat them due to the stupid ulcers. Had to swallow anything tat comes into my mouth. Even ice-creams cant be touch... PAIN... AGONY....

Went to the nearby lake to sit(in shade) and relax. The breeze was cooling even thought the sun was damn hot. Ppl fishing, jogging and even birthday celebration for some kid. 2 dogs entertain me for a while, they sat near the river chewing duno wat thing teasing each other. Snatching food and not letting the other eating -_-|| so bad lol but den so cute and warming.

After tat, watch brothers grim. An average show with lots of fairy tales combined into a dark story. Quite funny as well.

Today is the day where we confirm our menu. Though my dish wasnt selected im really glad tat the trainer chose my sauce. Work went by smoothly, heard there may be a chance for 50cent pay increment -_-|| sounds little but den better den nothing. Must be garang till i get tat pay increment, afterall i have been working for almost a yr now!!!

So blur today. Got so many blur incident tat i totally dun remember how it happen -_-||. brought breakfast today, tot i didnt bring when i did a search and couldnt find it, only to realize tat its in my bag after i went for a swim.

At work also quite blur... do orders also dunno why do wrong things or totally forget wats the things required -_-|| i need a rest!!

Did my own try out for the EC. Turn out so so but at least i get a chance to try. I got this concept in mind but den theres no ingredient i need -_-|| a bit pissed at 1st but den just do it la. Cant whine abt anything also...

Cant imagine i actually slept till 4pm and laze on bed till 5pm.... havnt done tat for a long time -_-||

Saturday...

Had lessons in the morning. End up watching some promoter promoting their frozen product. Frozen vege and pasta which can be prepared like instant noodles. The taste was normal but i still prefer those tat are cook on the spot. After lesson had to get some whip cream from school for covering my ugly cake -_-||

Went home deco the cake and laze till abt 5+. Took cab down to put my cake at pho31 and went taka for some book browsing. Met up with kate went down to the shop and since every1 else is late so we proceeded with our appetizers 1st.

The shop sells vietnam food and all the price is net. The ambience of the shop is also very nice. We had some springroll and paperroll for appetizer. Finally started our maincourse when every1 arrive. Gave kate the cake, sang a song and blew the candles. Had to rush over to rosette to get some candle holders -_-||.

Went bugis after tat. They having anniversary celebration. Most shops have their own discount. Didnt get anything -_-|| end up browsing book at kino for a long time...

Momo was next. So packed and crowded ... luckily got ppl bring me in or else really had to wait for dunno how long. Apparently my fren's fren is celebrating for her engagement and wedding so they book a pyramid(a small cubicle with curtains, think tats wat its called). Drank and chatted. Den saw robbin leong and another celeb -_-|| at the pyramid beside mine.

Had a very early supper and headed home after tat.

UPgrade...

Got a new mattress all thanx to my mum. But unfortunately she forget the get the bed sheet as its a diff size -_-||. Come to think of it, i havnt change my mattress for so long. The old 1 has been with me since...... sec school -_-||, time for a upgrade.

No school today was home doing some secret experiments and playing game the whole afternoon -_-|| school lifes gonna end soon, another 7 more months i will be attached to a hotel and no more weekends and PH, so must enjoy everyday.

Since nobody bother abt my suggestions, i decided to implement my own ideas and cook for the others to eat. At least i got good reviews for my cream of cauliflower and clear mushroom soup(reference to the sharkfin soup). Made it such that when i pour them into a soup bowl they wont mix together and thus forming 2 soup in a bowl.

Looted some ingredients from school also will be doing my own research at home tomorrow since its a day off.

PIssed....

Wasnt feeling well yesterday so slept early. Woke up today and still not feeling well had to drag myself to school for my EC. Went there at 8am help my fren to prepare the mise en place for the soup and tats it. wasted a whole morning doing nothing at school. So pissed with the team. Nowadays going to EC is such a drag tat i wish im not in this team. Tried giving suggestions but the high appointment holders didnt really seem to bother.

Trainer in-charge came today to check on us. He made some comments abt the main course. Guess wat, i said the same thing but den they dun bother so maybe i should have said I TOLD U SO!!!! in front of their face. Den they were made to clear up the fridge which i tried to tidy most of the time not sure why inside me theres this little laughter when i c them doing it.

Quite bo chap abt EC now. Also wont be calling any of u guys to come and waste $28 on something tats not worth trying.

Saw a nice specs a JP yesterday. White rim and a special design. Tried it on seems weird... Most prob is im not use to wearing specs with rim after wearing this rimless for so long -_-|| everytime got such problems 1. But anyway after trying out the diff colors, i ask the price and got the shock of my life. Tat rim cost $328... yes its $328. Its an award winning design tats imported from some other country...

Had to divert the attention of the service staff tats attending me after knowing the price -_-|| quite paiseh, ask so many questions look so keen den suddenly 1 price bomb ruin everyting... look ard den suddenly saw an ad on 1 day color acuvue promotions. Since cant get the fish(rim) get the prawns(contacts) also can. 4 box of 1 day color contacts cost $80 special promotion, normally 1 box is $35 -_-||. 5 choice of colors to choose from sapphire, grey, honey, chestnut and green(soldout). Can try out the contacts now since they r available in 1-day.

Problems...

Serious problem with my EC. The planning and organizing of everyting is in a mess. So many ppl and so little archievements done. Already 2 weeks and nothing has been produce. Things isnt really discussed among the members, only the top appointment holders know wat they are doing. Till now i only know roughly wat is the soup and maybe the sauce.... wont know a thing if i didnt ask...
