Alvin came to my house to help me solve my stupid game problem today. So thankful even though what he did was wat i did and nothing much has change, I still must thank him for the effort.

Knowing more abt myself

After last nites incident, it suddenly hit me. I wasnt sad bcoz i cant play the game. Its just tat i felt so left out when i cant join in the fun. Its always dampens my mood when such things occur and its so often. This mood was still here when i wake up this morning. Argued with the jackass teacher abt some maths threw a little tantrum when ask to shift my seat to another position, all bcoz the jackass scared tat i will break the glass panel behind me(idiot think tat im a 3yr old)

This lousy mood stayed all the way till my pastry lesson. At least now im feeling way better den this morning.

I Hate being left out

Why me ...

Wanted to play a simple game or dota with frens but dunno why suddenly i cant connect to the games thru lancraft or yawl. Used to be able 2 use lancraft but now suddenly got this stupid problem. Why does this things always happen to me. Whenever theres someting i look forward to do, theres always some cock up tat dampens the mood. Since its just my problem no point getting other ppl involve and dampen theirs as well. Its already so late tried to sleep, yet i cant... so hate it when such things happen ... :(

Theft and Thai

How much do you trust ppl ard u? Well i definitely dun trust my classmates(other den the gang tat i hangout with). Today, a handphone went missing during class apparently some1 in the class did it. As there were ppl moving in and out of the classroom so its hard to pinpoint who did it.

Anyway, a thai chef came to our school to demo 3 thai cuisine. Its so ez looking at her demo. Will be doing it tomorrow. The dishes are tom kha kai, spicy prawn soup and some taro desert which i dun remeber the name. Should be delicious unless i mess things up -_-|||

Im repeating my sunday life everyweek... wake work surf sleep. But now i need to do project for my school so got extra work after work....

Didnt blog yesterday. Too bz playing dungeon siege 2 beta so fun lol.

Made laksa. Didnt expect it to be so damn ez. The only troublesome part is to make the rempa(the mixture of things). Impressed tat the product i made is edible lol.

Caramel Custard & Missisipi Mud Pie

Had my pastry lesson today. Made a simple but tasted horrible desert caramel custard. It shouldnt have tasted awful but the caramelizing of sugar was really a had job to control. Ezly the sugar will get burn if the timing isnt rite and fast.

After flipping and flipping thru my 1st recipe book(the choco 1 tat i bought yesterday) i've decided to make the missisipi mud pie. It seems so simple but hopefully the outcome is something tasty. Will be having a trial run next week hope it will taste good...

Im in love....

Dear was actually introed by a fren. Fell in love the 2nd time i met dear. But unfortunately dear wont be able to be with me till 25/5 coz of certain reason. But dear gave me a surprise when dear appear to me today. Went home happily with dear today by train and bus. And now dear is at home with me. Hope we can have a happy relationship together.

Anyway i manage to buy a choco recipe book today, when i went out with alvin and irvine. Shopped a little at orchard and watched a amiteville horror. To me the show was still ok not scary but funny, but my frens a few shocks here and there hehe.

Freaky Monday

Todays was like all sundays that i had woke up work and go home surf net. For a momment i really tot it was sunday today, luckily didnt coz got despo housewife... dun wanna miss it.

Saw this freaky moth for like consecutively for 4-5 days liao. Its black with white lines on its wings. Seems like kate also happen to c it... freaky....

Another sunday

Almost late for work today. tot i would be late lucky i took a different route transfer bus to bus waste a lot money.... Had to stand at grill today, hate it so hot and bz. But todays crowd was still quite smooth orders didnt came in at 1 burst slow and steady.

So hungry after work ,had my lunch and dinner combined at 4. Jio my frenz out for supper at clementi. Had katong laksa at clementi, wasnt really as good. Maybe its just a lousy francise. Went to ginza for some LAN game and headed home after tat.

Shop and Play

Went met frenz for lunch today. Ate mos burger at PS den went jalan jalan a bit. Had to get myself a shirt for an up coming wedding. Got frenz to select some shirts for me, since i have totally no idea wat to get. After trying on a few manage to get a nice baby blue shirt which cost $59... Jalan a while more and had to meet my friends for some arcade at marina south.

The difficulty lv is so high there. Played till 9+ and go home. Bought some supper to feast on. So hungry after the arcade...

Today's lesson was boring just preparing some cold dishes(yucks) for next lesson. Something interesting while we were abt to leave school. This china guy(outsider) came into our school to sell pirated vcd -_-||. As the side entrance was beside the male toilet the illegal vendor went into the toilet to display his loot. Really amazing tat such things can actually be going on in school...

wats it with starwars anyway. Every1 seems to be obsessed abt it. Booking tics to watch it.yeah i watch it liao, so? to me its just another show. And this starwars thingy is really giving me a hardlife at work. Its thursday and my workload is just like a normal weekend. I can forec tat the coming sunday and monday will be hell for me liao all the best. May the force be with me.....

Happy day

Such a happy day today. Even though it started out raining sky cleared after my lesson and i can finally swim with my frenz. Swam for so long under de hot sun, now i look like a malay again.

Had a late lunch at westmall, den went down to bugis for some window shopping. Headed 2 Shaw 2 watch Divergence. This show is so confusing. Abt 3 ppl whos life seem to have cross path.

So simple but can be complicated if think too much.

Went for late dinner at suntec. Den headed home via bus. Its been a long time since i take a bus home, really enjoyed the ride.

Test and Meetings

So excited abt the test. Keep thinking abt it during my morning lesson abt how to prepare this how to prepare that(brain almost breakdown). Had to wait for 2 lessons b4 the prac test. Even the all so interesting pastry lesson was a torture today most prob due to the coming prac test ...

Finally the prac test is here!!!!
Instead of drawing lots, teacher throw the packets of ingredient randomly. Luckily i got chix and prawns -_-||. Did the curry and my gratin orange chix with buttered rosemary prawns. Manage to get a sneak peek of my curry chix got a 3(average). Cross fingers and hope the best for my chix and prawns....

Suppose to meet frenz 4 swimming but it rained and we to meet up at orchard instead for some jalan jalan. Walk from taka to paragon to heeren to cineleisure despite of the rain ^_^. Saw some1 from one of the blog i read. Its amazing how 1 can know some1 from the blog and not know them in real.

Met up with andy qf & joyce for dinner at golden mile market for claypot rice. For the 1st time got ppl wait for me instead of me waiting. Went for arcade at bugis since it was late and we cant decide on where to go. Headed home at abt 10+.

surprise surprise surprise ....

1st surprise today was when i was told that tomorrow im having my practical exams...

2nd surprise was tat i cant plan wat im cooking tomorrow coz its a mystery basket. Just like those iron chef where they reveal wats the theme and den start cooking.

3rd surprise will be that im having my asian practical tomorrow as well. Cooking ayam gulai/chicken curry.

Really need to cross my fingers hope for the best for tomorrow...

Friday

School was short and sweet. Cooked fried rice(tasted horrible due to prolong practice of high heat wok frying), kong pao chix was yummy but a bit bitter(some garlic charred due to ultra high heat) and last but not least my vegetarian sushi and agedashi toufu. Done all in less den 3hrs.

Went orchard for some book browsing b4 meeting frens for arcade at parklane. Met up with the gang after tat for movie: House of wax. Its a gruesome show abt ppl killing ppl and making them into wax figuring. All the cut here... poke there... slice here... wax there... blood everywhere... can feel the pain watching them.... Its just like watching happy tree frens in real life.

Wish i can go to sleep now, but cant bcoz of the supper i had.... got 2 wait 4 digestion....

YEAH~~~ my test is over today but boo hooo i dun think i can score.... Anyway today is the day where i wish im working. Laze at home whole afternoon rotting in front of computer waste of time. Just heard the news that there will be a potato competition going on need to find out more abt this. The theme is actually abt potato so i will need to find asian potato recipes(need help).

heh heh today baked some bread during pastry lesson ate them on the spot taste nice.... Finally able 2 go 4 a swim today !!!! the sun was shining brightly think i got darker again lol. Went home str8 after tat for revision on tomorrows test should be able to pass(confident lv very high). Met irvine, alvin & koon at spineli heeren. Chit chat for a while den headed for dinner at pastamania. 1st time eating not bad as usual had to take the menu for project(collected 3 so far lol).

Catch the movie summerstorm(highly recommended). Amazingly the cinema is quite pack for a wed movie wats more its got some gay content. Overall i think this movie is actually quite funny no wander the paper rate it 4 stars.

Walk: Paya lebar to Outram

Exempted from class to go Paya lebar today. All bcoz of my stupid cap and apron tat i lost(without this 2 thing i cant stay in the kitchen).

Paya Lebar
Been drizzling since morning. Had to walk to the stupid store that sell caps, located beside the mrt. Unfortunately due to the works of circle line i had to walk in circles just to get to it.... After getting it went to pay respect to my late gramps whos located at a nearby temple(miss them so much). Went on to look for place to had lunch.

Geylang
Wanted to eat some katong laksa but duno where to find it in the end walk the whole geylang just to eat some mee sua at the you tiao da wang(not as lousy as i tot but so small bowl...). Continue my journey, walk pass a malay stall selling putu piring(like dudu kuey but bigger), 1st time tasting it quite nice. Was barefooted half of the journey bcoz my stupid slipper is damn skippery on the inside and rough on the underside. lol im going crazy.

Saw some ppl wakeboarding(so envy), must learn this after i start working!!!

Beach Rd
Need to rest my feet a little drop by the hawker to get some longan herbal jelly(tasted so bitter lucky got the longan syrup to sweeten a little...)

Window shopped a little at the stores here quite unique but mostly 4 tourist.

Bugis
Went ask abt my t-shirt thingy the boss let me wash it b4 changing coz will shrink(good after service). Hangout at arcade a while coz still too early to go outram. Supposed to go eat the new stinky tou fu store at bugis but slipped my mind... Saw someting special outside the new national library, they got auto flower sprinklers that pops up and down(hope the plants dun drown).

Outram
Long walk to outram from bugis but i survived. Wanted to go nines cafe to study a bit but they reserved the sofa area, so had to change my plan. Went yakun at china sq instead. Had 2 slice of bread and 1 egg. Studied a little den walk towards chinatown as almost meeting time. Shopped at the stores below and got myself a new slipper($2.50 only yeah!!).

Met up with the gang had dinner(except me, was full after the yakun). Chit chat and joked at coffee bean. Even got surprise test by YB haha, mostof the questions tested not included in exam(i think). Had to split as time was late.

ps: do not walk barefooted near bird stall. do not walk near contruction also(damn painful lol). Must get myself an umbrella stupid rain drizzle whole day....

Suppose to do my mobile studies, unfortunately after a few tries on the last and 1st chap i give up.... Totally dunno where to study haiz.

Anyway i end up at beach road doing some window shopping on t-shirts. Got tempted to buy this purple cute design t-shirt but i resisted the temptation. Had to leave that place b4 i cant resist the temptation. Anyway i saw this toy shop on 197 yesterday so decide to walk over and check it out, too bad its close.

Walk all the way to bugis street(was here few days ago but no mood to describe that day). So much changes and a lot new mini stores, they even added aircon in some small inlets. More for the youngster like heeren liao(yeah!!!). Window shop window shop den suddenly !!! a t-shirt got my attention .... den the most unfortunate thing happen i went draw money den i bought the t-shirt ...

Met up with patrick went over to marina sq for dinner at the imperial restaurant. Had some la mian(portion bigger den crystal jade), xiao long bao(crystal jade 1 nicer more soup) and jiao zi(this taste good). As usual got me den must have walk 1, suggest walk to esplanade bakezinn to have some desert. Got him a slice of cake with a candle on it for his bday lol. Stroll to the 7-11 at boat quay to get a drink den head 2 mrt 2 go home.

Sat a day

Today didnt do a lot of walking other den the usual school. Had to do stupid project today. Rush all the way to bedok MRT(lost track time playing game) just to get to parkway parade(suay tat my team leader draw this location from lots). Didnt really walk inside the place as we have already chosen the suitable location for opening a restaurant.

Settled down for dinner at the nearby hawker, so hot and humid sweating profusely. After that sat down at nearby mcafe for grp discussion. The whole project thingy lasted abt 3hrs(sit talk talk talk and talk). Finally its over at 8.30 manage to join the bros for some chit chat session at nines cafe. The chit chatting session lasted till supper which was at maxwell den we call it a nite.

Enjoy the chit chat session with the bros so entertaining even got my palms & face read lol.

Amazingly today everyone in class got the blues. Everything seems to be going at such a slow pace. Even the Indian chef thats giving us a demo is teaching at a

Reach work quite early today. The moment i step into the kitchen i can feel something is wrong. Can feel the "sha qi" coming from my manager. Aga aga can tell the p/t cook must have made him angry again. Luckily they are not so petty, work flow not affected also(i sure kanna if they quarrel again heng...). Off work quite late bcoz stupid ppl keep coming in at a late timing zzzzz. Luckily wont be working till next sun yeah a good rest boo hoo stupid test ...... gonna sleep early today!!!

Visit my mum at work and passed her the cookies i baked in school. Went kino to browse some books and comics. When i was browsing comics, a lady approached me she was talking so fast tat i couldnt understand "swallow" wat shes talking. The immediate reaction was to say no... After she left, it suddenly struck me that shes from some talent scouting company looking for new talents for mediacorp(sobs lost an opportunity to become the next chen hong lol)... Shes actually still within my area but i too paiseh to ask liao since the no i reply was quite blunt lol. Left kino and head towards bugis.

Was walking towards PS when i c a long queue at the istana(At 1st i tot it was to queue up to pay respect to the late president but apparently from wat i heard it ended on sunday, not sure wat they queueing and the wait time is abt 60mins). Went in to get some strings at spotlight(wanna make something for myself). Saw a few ladies having tea and cakes outside the spotlight quite curious so went hunt abt. Found this store which sells old stuff, they have a bar that sells cake and stuff. A tray of mini cakes cost $5.95(quite interesting place).Hunt my oven again realize theres a diff in price comparing to those sold at Best taka. Visited the brickworks shop to make some query on the bionicles after tat. Left PS for bugis after tat.

Suddenly have the urge to play spikeout after viewing those video clips a fren send me yesterday. Wanted to get high score for it but some nitwit joined my game and gave me a lot trouble(manage to get rid of him at the 1st boss lol). Played for quite some time died at the hands of my own(haiz wanted to get this floating 1st aid kit but failed many times costing the lost of a lot of precious time). Had to move on to bugis as its already quite late.

Wow they renovated bugis village and its more spacious now. So many mini stores i c until my "system overload" liao so many things to c here. Went arcade to meet patrick. Decide to go geylang for dinner.

Had beef hor fun and soya bean drink and curd(so filling). Bid farewell after that since its already too late.

Enjoyed my walk, time to rest my legs.

experiment: QF

1st of all i need to apologize to QF for ignoring his phonecall n sms.

Reason being i wanted to show him how it feels like when i sms him, most of the time no reply and no follow-ups(not sure if he feel anything). At least i bother to sms him after my work and not 4geting it. Pls do not bear any grudge against me, just wanna let u know how i feel.

Frustration

So frustrated at school today i m.

The stupid teacher didnt give any exam tips blindly ask us to study 5 chapters...

Had to do project abt packway parade... so damned far...

Den dunno why my pastry teacher suddenly take note of me, when i ask him y, he say some1 was talking bad abt me(not sure if his kidding or wat)...

Next in the kitchen while cleaning the sinks, blind ass keeps using them even after i clean and dry the sink. When told not 2 use the sink, 1 fellow says his in charge of the sink so he'll clean it later(bloody waste my effort to clean it, theres so many other uncleaned sink to use). In the end everything seems to be pointing that im at fault even though i dun think im.
