Yucks...

My inspiration failed me today...
The duck was horrible and so is the escargot. Absolutely no idea what was i cooking. I roasted the duck with honey butter n some herb(smells nice but tasteless) and the escagot came out to be cooked without the shell no idea wat to do so deep fry with bread crumbs(didnt dare to taste doesnt seem fresh).

Well n indian chef came for demo today. He did 3 dishes which i will be doing tomorrow.
Cumin Rice: should be ez
Bangalore cabbage: tasted salty to me but not to others
Curry fish: using powder again so disappointing haiz
Must really cross every finger and toes now. Always fail when making curry especially those powder 1 can smell nice but taste horrible(past examples...).
