Pastry & Desert

Made quiche loraine during my pastry lesson. So fun kneading the dough and messing things up. End product was acceptable and edible(phew). Its so ez to do pastry comparing to culinary... Everytime i c wat i cook and compare it to pastry, i really wonder m i fit to be in the culinary world.

Had dinner with the gang today. Went to Central at holland v(kate's recommendation). The food there is like hongkong style and weirdly they serve maggie mee products as well lol.

Went for desert at bakerz inn fullerton(my 1st time). Got to taste many diff desert. Lemon soufle, warm chocolate cake, ice cream waffle and pistacio creme brulee. Unfortunately everything taste the same(haiz), stupid nose's fault.
