Unsatisfied...

.. with my cheesecake. Theres clumps of cheese inside and the base crumbles too ezily. Need to do some ammendments to the recipe and maybe strain the cheese mixture the next try.

No school tomorrow so will be playing game till very late.

Baking...

..is a very tiring thing. Started baking at 6 ended at almost 9 >_<... Creaming of cream cheese isnt as ez as it seems to be, had to keep on stiring and stiring the cheese and the sugar till its creamy, this is the most tiring process -_-|| hands aching already...

Hope the result is good, had to wait till the cake is chilled b4 i can taste it. Will be giving this cake to Bang huan(guinea pig) tomorrow since his birthday is on thursday.

Weird..??!!

School was boring as usual. Wanted to go swimming but 4got to bring my goggles, cant swim without them. Is it weird 2 swim alone? No idea why does ppl always ask who im going with when and why im always going alone -_-|| Anyway i swim 45mins none stop got company no company also no diff...

Went home and research on cheesecake recipe -_-|| bought the ingredients but didnt have the time to try out deadlines coming >_<.

Work was very horrible, business has been very good 4 the past few weeks even on weekdays. Today was the worse working day ever. Everyting was running low, the sauce and the meat. How i wish they run out and the shop can just close and i can go home early :P.

Movie....

Had 2 appologize to the grp 4 skipping the ktv session today, didnt felt so well so slept till 3+.

Red Eye
A nice show tat didnt bore me any bit. Every little detail has its purpose, not like the maid where most of the small details are actually of no use. Red eye actually meant a late-night or overnight flight. And most of the show is shown on the flight itself.

Eh this show think dun need c also nothing much la. Unless wan c Miriam or daniel den go... Typical love story abt a cook and a beer promoter. The plot doesnt really have anything related to being a good drinker -_-||

School was short just a short lecture and a brief EC meeting. Headed home had a short nap on my couch and headed for work.

So bz today at work... frying frying and frying so oily!!! Keep hearing MRT doors closing beeps when im bz working. 4 a moment tot im going crazy from all the work, till my supervisor told me its her ring tone...

Some more info for my future customers. Will be doing a 4 course meal for my EC. Appetizer, soup, 2 choices of main course, desert and will also be serving petite four(coffee pastry). Cost should be abt $26-28. Any1 dun mind wat they wanna eat and wanna buy tickets pls inform me (^-^).

Got my appointment for my event catering today. Didnt want to get someting with too much responsibility so got appointed as a Chef De Party. Anyway the appointment doesnt really mean much now just extra work and extra stress, I'll just leave it for my future job. At least im a free man to help out the poor stressful souls tat rank above me.

Went swimming for almost 2hrs. 45mins swimming the rest just lazing ard the pool, relaxing. Went bugis to check out the price of dungeon siege 2, found a shop selling $46 instead of the regular $49+, but still too ex. Went Phoon Huat to get some ingredients. End up spending $24 on all the ingredients -_-||...

Had to drag myself home after tat due to the extra load of 4kg... can do some exercise with it...

Today is the "1st" day of school(havnt step into school 4 2 mths).

1st thought: School might end early
Yes it did. Went at 10 lesson postpone to 1030. Due to some complications started at 1045 instead. Sit listen to trainer intro a bit, ended at 11+ as trainer is bz....

Went westmall 4 lunch and caught the maid there as well. Average show with some redundant parts(the mailman,the scorpions). Went swimming after tat.

2nd thought: Cramps
Dunno y everytime swim frontcrawl, my leg always get cramps. This time i was at the middle of the pool. Had to drag myself to the side and rest my leg -_-||

Swam 4 abt 1hr and went 4 shower.

3rd thought: Wat if i lost my clothings
And it happened. After my shower while i was changing into my clothes, i realize i lost my shirt... already wearing my pants, had to walk out to hunt 4 my shirt. Luckily it dropped at the snack bar. So embarassing, really cant imagine wat i would do if i lost my shirt.

On way out of pool, saw a nice purguet(dunno how to spell).

4th thought: Cant imagine some1 from opp drive 2 the pool
Den the purguet drove beside me and as i was abt to cross the rd. It drove opp and park at the carpark... Wat a stupid coincidence, how can some1 b so lazy...

So many dumb thoughs happen. i had a last thought on way home abt 4D maybe it would come thru...

Met-up....

Met up with the gang for dinner at Cartel cityhall. As usual every1 is late -_-||, wanted to be late as well but dunno why still end up on time. With the spare time, i went for a little window shopping 4 my berms again at robinsons. Cant find any berms in robinsons, the arrangements were a mess, mixing of male n female clothings.

After dinner, we went wandered abt the new marina sq, looking 4 some place to chill. End up at ritz carlton's lounge. Very nice place with a good ambience. Got a live "band" which is very good and the beverages there were also very uniquely displayed.

Went home at abt 12+.

Finally got to swim today. Went queenstown swimming complex 4. Last time i was here was during my sec school days. not much changes only tat the entrance shifted further in. At 1st tot it was free walk walk in no need pay -_-||.

After swimming went over to get some gyoza for dinner. Didnt have much appetite today, even lunch was just a bunch of grapes. Enjoyed my gyoza and walk towards queensway shopping centre to check out some berms.

Nothing much to c though, seems like a dying place. Ask ard and amazingly the price to alter and repair zip was $6(just like wat my mum estimated), way cheaper den far east. Luckily my fav berms was sent for washing due to some freak oil stain incident. Hopefully the stain can be removed.

Pink...#$&*@*#

So embarassing today... As usual woke up drag myself to work. On the way up the MRT, as i look down, i realize i actually took the wrong t-shirt. Wore a white t-shirt with a small patch of pink, tat doesnt matter. wats worse was when i realize i wore the wrong pair of slippers out. Instead of the usual brown 1, im wearing a pink 1 -_-||. Totally didnt notice i wore the wrong slippers the whole journey from my house to the MRT and wats worse its pink...

Pink t-shirt is acceptable but pink slippers is way out of my league.... so paiseh had to hide my slippers from other ppls view and wear my safety shoe home instead of that pink slippers...

PS: tat pink slippers belong to my mum... had to hide it in a corner so tat i wont confuse it again....

ah.....

...choo.... tat woke me up last nite. Cant imagine how a sneeze can actually wake me up... In the end didnt have a good sleep even though i tried to have 1 by sleeping early. Very ironic.

Watched 7 swords today at cine today after "work". The story seems so similar to 7 samurai, an anime i saw in the pass.

7 swords
abt government hunting out ppl with martial arts and giving reward 4 any1 who catch them dead or alive. Got a village full of ppl with a little martial arts kanna target den the 2 of them sort of went to look for help. End up in 天山, got a 高人 的decide to give them swords and ask his disciples to go with them. 7 ppl with 7 swords save the day. Amazingly the 2 villagers bcame formidable after getting the swords... Ending of the show the 7 ppl decide to confront the government abt the hunting.

7 samurais
abt goverment banning ppl from holding swords during an era where samurais exist. A village kanna attack by pirates so sent out 2 villagers out to find some samurais to help fite. end up finding 7 samurais fite of the pirates and taught the village how to fite and defend. Somehow the pirates r related to the government den the samurai decide to fite the government.

Sounds so similar 7 ppl fite government... only 1 is chinese another is jap.

Was hanging ard orchard after the show. Hunting for berms to replace my old 1 at far east. Saw an ideal berms but the price was WOW!!!! $89... walked pass a altering shop, decide to ask them the price for replacing a zip. The price range from 8-12 diff shop range diffly. So i finally made a decision to revive my berms and maybe if possible alter my other berms which i dun wear due to diff reasons lol hopefully it wont be ex.

Sinful.....

Had a late lunch today at 3+. The Fried chix rice wasnt really good compared to another store which i frequent. Went NTUC and bought 2 tubs of kings ice-cream at $7.60 dunno y got 4% discount -_-||.

Tin Roof Brownie:
This isnt very good. So far only tasted the vanila flavor and nothing else. Will venture further and c wat else it has to offer.

Triple Chocolate:
Yummy, this is very chocolatey got some nuts 4 the bite. Way better den the Brownie.

Laze whole afternoon and had dinner with family at 6+. Ate curry fish head, fried chix wing, prawn rolls and some veg. Didnt really have much appetite when i had my dinner most prob due to the late lunch.... wat a waste!!

Today was such a sinful day. Ate and laze = Gluttony and Sloth. 2 major sins i committed today lol. Hopefully i wont be condemned for commiting them, but who cares!!

PS: if u buy 2 tubs of ice-cream would u finish 1 tub b4 starting on another?

After rushing 4 3 days i've finally completed Angels and Demons. Not really interesting though compared to davinci's code. Now i have a whole day to laze. Originally wanted to go 4 a swim but end up raining so cancelled till further notice....

No idea wat to do today no work/"work". So much time with nothing to do....

Cleanup.....

Did a major cleaning in my room today. Some1 commented tat my rm was dirty -_-||, which in actual fact is true... things keep stacking up and nothing is done. So finally made up my mind to clear those unwanted things into the storerm. Its so hard to throw away the things since, everything seems so precious whenever its time to throw them... Another reason being, all those are my things, things tat i bought using my savings.

Had been rushing thru Angels and Demons,die die must finish it b4 19th aug(due date). Hopefully can make it b4 then or else i may have to waste money extending the stupid date 4 a week.

This week at "work" is actually quite relaxing just need to clear up the mess others create...The current batch of event catering students are actually selling their menus at my "work" place.

After looking at their products, i think i can make a better menu then theirs. The color of their food isnt really very appetizing, all the colors r either very pale or of the same color. Their working organization isnt really good either. Think they have too much confidence with themself, their 1st day book was 60+ pax which i think shouldnt b so high since its their 1st day in the kitchen and their not familiar with the envoironment and the working procedures. Cant really blame them since they havnt started "work" yet.

Hopefully mine would be better!!!

Slept at 8+pm last nite. So tired since i only had 2hrs sleep the last nite. Woke up at 8+ ... stupid construction site below my house made so much noise again... Washed my clothes and gonna sweep flr in a while.

Went orchard 2 catch bewitched yesterday. A romantic comedy, just need to understand the jokes they say via conversation.

Lost my internet connection for 2 days *scratch*, bro 4get to pay the bills -_-||. Basically *scratch* nothing much happen just the same old complains at "work" and the relief i have since yesterday *scratch* was the last time(4 now) im working with tat grp of ppl... *scratch*

Broke 2 nails *scratch* on friday. Not trying to b sissy but its damn painful when the broken nails are actually trimmed and nothing much to cut(broke into the flesh and nail stick together part)...

Yesterday celebrated bday 4 a fren and had a small drinking session which is why *scratch* ... im scratching again -_-||... trying out the limit of the allergy, just drank a few cups *scratch scratch*...

Slept at almost 7am and wake up *scratch* at 9+am... could sleep anymore *scratch* ... the morning shift timing totally made my sleeping time go berserk, now automatically wake up at 9+...

Gonna go *scratch* catch a movie at cine later maybe can get a nice nap during the show if its too boring -_-|||

..at home now. Parents on holiday 4 a week and bro seldom return home, so i have the whole house all to myself!!!

Last day of billys for the week and coming 1. Heard tat they gonna "retrench" some p/t ppl, think i should be on the top few due to my irregular timings. Hopefully i can find another 1 nearer to my place if someting unpleasant happens...

Gonna finish my "work"ing life in rosette and start doing my event catering(EC). Wasnt wat i expected.. was expectings tat i will be posted to Petals b4 doing my EC but den again the planner thinks weirdly.

...worked myself today. Didnt get enough sleep, dunno why when i sleep it seems tat sub-consciously awake.... Which in turn coz my old sickness to relapse again. Cant look up or down get the stupid dizzy spells.

Pissed off with my co-workers at "work". always dilly dally and waste lots of time blabbering crap. Wanted to take a short nap after "work" but in the end had to waste those time helping them doing their stupid duties which they cant complete. haiz so hate to waste time on stupid things.

Rush home bathe a while had a brief dinner and left 4 work already.... time so little, cant even have a nap. Supervisor not ard today(yeah!!) felt more free can do anythings with a some1 watching and nagging along the way. Had 2 do some cleaning coz a chef is coming down to c this area tomorrow... Rush home after work, bathe and gonna sleep soon.

Argh....!!!

Overslept today suppose 2 wake up at 11 in the end slept till 12. All bcoz the inconsiderate church below my house blast their loud speakers at 9+ in the morning and disturb my sleep... End up being late at work(suppose to reach at 12).

Work work work all day long... So bz all thx to national day. Listened to all the songs written for national day all day long... like those chinese new yr time where they play chinese new yr songs.. so irritating.

Sadly gonna get my sleep now. Gonna wake up at 5+ for school... SUX!!!!!!!

Shack....!!!

Reached work so early today. Actually was on time but no 1 was ard. The kitchen hasnt even open -_-||. Todays work force in the kitchen was a challenge. As tomorrow is a holiday, some ppl played punk and took mc. The workforce dropped from 10 to 4. Very bz rush here rush there, wash this cook that.... the teacher was so stressed tat keep on scolding nagging c liao also feel like laughing -_-||.

The whole thing finished at 3+ supposed 2 be earlier end up i had to rush back home to prepare my things for p/t job. Took a nice relaxing shower b4 going down. Reach work laze a bit so many ppl inside kitchen i skived outside waiting for my other colleagues to leave. Lots of customer today. work from 6+ to 10... orders came in none stop ppl come and go very smoothly. Time fly by very fast also. Rush home after work and going to bath after this.

Happy with my schedule this week, at least tat supervisor planned me 4 days instead of the miserable 2 days. At the same time also feel a bit sian need to work like cow till thursday... conflicting feelings -_-||

Sun.......

...was bright and shiny all day, great day 4 a swim but i didnt go since its sunday the pools will be packed with pesky kids. Met up with caleb and vivian for lunch at PS. Walked down to cine couldnt decide to watch movie or k some songs. After reviewing the shows at cine we decided to ksong instead since not much movie to c. Spend 20 for the whole 4hrs(shack!!). Went home after tat.

Had late dinner with family at the market place opp my house. Ordered the popular fishball noodles and a stingray(didnt taste good). Rush home gonna bathe after this and get some rest 4 tomorrow.

...here rush there. The day was too short. Went "work" till abt3+ rush to jp to get a t-shirt(finally someting caught my eye after so long) den rush home to bathe and change rush out to orchard 4 met ppl play dota. Too little time so must cherish every hr of the day...

Dunno y wake up so early today... slept at 3+ and wake up at 9+... maybe got used to waking at 5+ now i cant even sleep till noon... Still feeling sleepy now but no matter how hard i try dream land refused my entree... Maybe didnt pay cover charge or someting... Hope today is another enjoyable day...

Temptations......

Today my fav berms was declared dead. Reason of death, zipper failure. Luckily didnt die after i left the house... hopefully my mum's miracle hands can revive it. Anyway felt depressed over the decease berms decide to go shop for a new 1. Found 1 tat match the length but unfortunately the color of my fav berms cant be found(haiz).

Went celebrate wencong's bday treated him to a meal of fish market, located at PS. Cheaper den fish & co, equally nice but lesser selections. They offered seafood platters also but cant take seafood...

Felt itchy all day and trying to resist scratching, but dunno why the more i resist the more temptations i get from the surrounding... Everywhere i turn 2, there will b ppl scratching or look like their scratching...

Since when did nagging bcom part of care and concern. It doesnt do any good in easing the itch and definitely wont help if ur nagging is already out of topic. Cant stand ppl who assume this and tat and nags and nags and nags and worse nag for the wrong reason!!!

Pissed at work today. Hate the new supervisor, only planned 2 days of work for me this week. Might as well dun plan my timetable at all. Think my billy days are over soon, time to find another p/t.

Went c my family doc and got a jab on my ass..... now a bit numb..... Today i did nothing and yet i spend so much. $49(doctor)+$12(cab)= $61 -_-|| tats 4 drinking alchohol...

woke up early today coz meeting the broz for lunch. Ate at jing jing desert located somewhere in chinatown. The atmosphere is nice and the boss reserved a long table 4 us. I ate a 4 course meal which include:

caesar salad choice of thousand island/french dressing
Creme de mix veg with black peppercorn
Baked fish with garlic rice and coleslaw
coconut freeze with mango
coffee/tea

Good thing abt this place is they dun charge gst or service charge. So we each paid $20 for tat meal.

Went to koco bar at sunshine plaza. Another good place to chill. The drinks are nice
and the cakes are delicious too. Sat and chit chat while b4 heading for bugis to get our lunch. As most of us arent tat hungry yet, we decided to go national library. So big 2nd time i've been here but 1st time going to the top lvs. Went to the hawker opp for dinner. Ate so much here also, stomach almost going to explode.

Got an invitation to go MOMO after tat. Apparently theres a launching show there so i(very sua gu aka mountain turtle) decide to tag along and c. Havnt went clubbing for dunno how many damn years(think got decades)... 1st time going to such event also very fun. They got ppl from the late boom boom room to host the show. Hilarious and fun. Then was the fashion show and foloed by an hr of free flow. Got psycoed to drink luckily didnt end up drunk -_-|||. And now i got the rash(so itchy!!)... MC from "work" yeah !!!
